Worthington Works is the workforce initiative of the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the City of Worthington.
This group meets monthly to discuss workforce trends locally and beyond, share in best practices for recruitment and retainment for Worthington area businesses and look to seek opportunities where the Worthington Area Chamber can make Worthington the best place to work, live and play.
