Jamie Barlett

Jamie Barlett grew up in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and attended Wellesley College where she earned a degree in English and Economics. She received her MBA from Pepperdine University. She moved to San Luis Obispo, California in 2013 and founded PolyPay, a provider of payment processing solutions to a variety of business verticals, including automotive, retail, restaurant, medical services and more. She purchased a home in Upper Arlington in 2021 and loves being back in the Homeland!
She is on the board of the Harding-Buller Foundation, the Clintonville Area Business Association and the Worthington Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Northern Columbus Lions, the Tri Village Rotary, the Clintonville Women's Club and the Columbus Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners.
Favorite part of the Chamber: The networking events are always fun and a great use of time. And Matt Lofy is an amazing President who has completely revamped the chamber and is taking it to new heights!
Fun fact: I was able to sail the America's Cup boat around Wellington, New Zealand when I visited there years ago. It was breathtaking!
Gianna Barrett

Favorite part of the Chamber: I love connecting people and seeing businesses thrive. The chamber helps connect people to businesses, opportunities and resources efficiently and fosters relationships. Over the years the relationships I have built through chamber connections has been extremely valuable in growing my business and developing lifelong friendships.
Fun fact: I am a second degree black belt and loved competing all over the country. I now enjoy tennis and volleyball. My husband and I love vacationing in Negril, Jamaica where we got married almost 23 years ago.
Lisa Federico
Lisa Federico is the Owner and Publisher of Northwest Columbus City Lifestyle Magazine. With a passion for storytelling and community engagement, she curates inspiring local content that connects residents and businesses with our community. Lisa's leadership, her network, and her community relationships make her an outstanding ambassador for Worthington businesses.
Favorite part of Chamber: I love the speakers at our frequent luncheons and the small business as well as the Small Business Roundup and workshops which center on a variety of educational topics for businesses.
Fun fact: Lisa played Dianna Morales in the very first community production of A Chorus Line in 1985.

Fun Fact: I am an Airbnb host, in my home! I have a 3-bedroom condo with the 2 extra rooms hosting strangers 98% of the year! Which is the perfect segue to my favorite part of the Worthington Chamber...

I joined Worthington Libraries in November 2015 as the executive assistant, bringing with me 15 years of experience as the office administrator at the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce. I love serving the community within the Worthington School District.
Favorite part of Chamber: I love meeting new people, learning about their businesses, and helping them make valuable connections.
Fun Fact: I’m a passionate Buckeye fan! If you’re anywhere in Ohio, you can probably hear me cheering for the Buckeyes every fall Saturday, during the Big 10 Championship, the College Football Playoff, and, of course, the National Championship. GO BUCKS!
Ripal Patel
I have lived in Ohio most of my life and been married to my beautiful wife for 20+ years and have 2 kids, a girl and a boy. I graduated from The Ohio State University college of pharmacy. I have worked as a pharmacist for the last 20+ years and in my current role, I work with pharmacies to help bring down the cost of medications for the consumers through my business SaveOnRx.
Favorite part of Chamber: It provides opportunities to grow your network, leading to tremendous opportunities and visibility for your business and access to valuable resources within the community. Being part of chamber can also enhance your credibility and help you stay informed about local policies and economic development.
Fun Fact: I love nature and I really enjoy planting tropical plants indoors.

I am a Certified Financial Planner partnered with TCP Asset Management to provide comprehensive goal planning and wealth management services. I am also the founder of BlackBird Divorce Solutions, helping people as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) with the financial decisions related to uncoupling.
Favorite part of Chamber: My favorite part of being in the Worthington Chamber is participating in all the events because there are so many types to choose from—from building my business, to staying in the know about the community, to networking, to just having fun!
Fun Fact: I have a Masters Degree in Counseling and was a K-12 school counselor for six years before changing careers in 2011.
Renae Spudville
