Carlyn Pitterle

Carlyn is the CEO of Inkline Printing. She got her start in the apparel industry managing a small graphic t-shirt company in San Francisco. The business quickly grew and was acquired by The Chive, where she continued to manage the brand. She relocated to Columbus in 2017 where she served as Chief Operating Officer for Traxler Printing. Carlyn is a Board Member for the Worthington Chamber of Commerce, and a professional aerial dance instructor.
Kelsey McFarland

Kelsey McFarland works in Treasury Management at FCBank, proudly headquartered in Worthington, Ohio. She has been with FCBank since 2018 and regularly collaborates with and supports the business banking needs of our community.
Favorite part of the WBN: The sense of community I feel from the WBN through the Worthington Area Chamber is incredible. This is truly a group of people gathered to build connections and support one another!
Fun fact: Kelsey studied Anthropology at The Ohio State University, graduation class of 2017.
Amy Bauman
Amy Bauman combines her talent for teaching with her passion for helping women grow personally and professionally. As a Personal + Professional Development Coach, Amy specializes in working with women entrepreneurs and business professionals to help them overcome overwhelm and take focused ACTION toward achieving their goals and vision. Amy recently launched her podcast, Girl Next Door Wanting More, and hosts a free Facebook community (The ‘Girl Next Door Wanting More’ Community) to support and encourage other women to NOT play small! Amy has a BS in Education and an MS in Business Psychology. Her business is Your Development Resource, LLC.
Favorite part of WBN: My favorite part of WBN is the fun! Working with the WBN Committee, Matt, and Crystal, and getting to plan and attend the mixers and luncheons is just plain fun for me. I love meeting other women in business and building relationships with them.
Fun Fact: One of my “bucket list” items is to visit the countries around the Alps and to actually ski in the Alps.
Janna Bidlack
Hello! I own Janna Bidlack State Farm, we offer insurance planning to fit your individual needs and circumstances. I’m a Worthington mom to 3, Worthington area business owner and Worthington raised. I opened my agency in 2020 and have been with State Farm since 2007.
Favorite part of the WBN: The community of women has been so impactful for me. I love that we can be vulnerable with one another and share our successes, but also have a safe place to ask for guidance. I look up to these women!
Fun Fact: I’m really good at softball.
Theresa Capace
Theresa Capace, co-owner and store manager of Worthington Jewelers, is passionate about family, building lasting relationships and giving back to the Worthington community. A proud Women’s Business Network member, Theresa combines her leadership skills with a personal touch, ensuring everyone she works with feels valued and appreciated.
Favorite part of the WBN: I have enjoyed being a part of the Women's Business Network as it has allowed me to connect with so many other women business leaders in our community.
Fun Fact: My absolute best day would be spent with any or all of my 9 beautiful grandchildren and my husband, Bob!
Mallory DeLucas
Mallory DeLucas is the Specialty Leasing and Advertising Manager at Polaris Fashion Place, where she is responsible for overseeing leasing initiatives and advertising partnerships that enhance the shopping experience. With a deep understanding of commercial real estate, she got her start in the industry at Easton Town Center in 2014 and has since built a successful career in the retail and real estate sectors.
Before her role at Polaris Fashion Place, Mallory honed her sales expertise working with prestigious brands like NetJets and Nordstrom. Her strong background in customer service, sales strategy, and relationship-building has been key to her success in the competitive commercial real estate market.
Favorite part of the WBN: She enjoys being an active member of the Women's Business Network, a community that empowers women to connect, support each other, and drive positive change in their careers and communities.
Fun Fact: Mallory was an opera minor in college, proving that her passion for creativity and the arts runs deep.
Crystal Evans
Crystal joined the Chamber in August of 2019 as our Events and Operations Coordinator. She is currently serving as Director of Operations. She previously had a 22 year career with Verizon Wireless prior to joining the Chamber. She has over 30 years of customer service experience, 12 years of collections experience and spent nine years in Quality as an analyst. She also has several years of experience planning and hosting events. She is from Delaware but spent most of her childhood growing up in the Worthington area. Her favorite thing to do in her spare time is spend it with family, friends and always welcomes an opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors. She loves to walk, hike and cycle every chance she gets.
Favorite part of Chamber: Meeting and working with great women business leaders and learning about so many businesses I’ve not been familiar with in the past. There is so much out there I have not heard of before and it’s been great connecting with these businesses
Fun Fact: I live in a Barndominium on a beautiful wedding venue
Lisa Federico
Lisa Federico is the Owner and Publisher of Northwest Columbus City Lifestyle Magazine. With a passion for storytelling and community engagement, she curates inspiring local content that connects residents and businesses with our community. Lisa's leadership, her network, and her community relationships make her an outstanding ambassador for Worthington businesses.
Favorite part of Chamber: I love the speakers at our frequent luncheons and the small business as well as the Small Business Roundup and workshops which center on a variety of educational topics for businesses.
Fun fact: Lisa played Dianna Morales in the very first community production of A Chorus Line in 1985.
